Hi Carol. Very well-written. I have become totally disenchanted with Medium. It was just a place to gain exposure, but I don't think it helps that much. I have not yet totally thrown in the towel, but am working on a collection of short stories and occasionally submit to fiction sites. I might also not earn much this way, but I write well and think Medium just sucks up everything from the writers. Best of luck to you. David
