I agree with what you say. Well-organized. I have been writing on Medium for 1-2 years, but am not an entrepreneur. Some people seem to know how to game the system, get many followers and I don't know what else. One can write well but make no money with Medium, as is my case. But it is still a get practice. Most of us will not become well-known wealthy authors, but if one loves writing, it is still enjoyable, and we make contact with many people. Keep writing.
